Recently I spent a brilliantly sunny day on the bluff overlooking Ebey’s Landing with an artist friend capturing the light and colors in paint. This is my favorite spot on Whidbey Island with the ancient, windswept Sitka Spruce anchoring the bluff over Admiralty Inlet and framing the view of the magnificent headland with the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Canada in the distance. Thanks to brilliant artist Bryce Bennett for the motivation to get out on the bluff again.
